Warranty

1. Warranty Coverage

AVATA roof racks are designed and manufactured for long-term, real-world use.

AVATA provides a:

5-Year Structural Warranty

This warranty covers defects in materials and workmanship under normal and intended use from the date of purchase.

This commercial warranty does not affect mandatory consumer rights under applicable laws.

2. What Is Covered

The 5-year structural warranty covers manufacturing-related structural defects including:

  • Structural failure of the roof rack frame

  • Manufacturing defects affecting structural integrity

  • Defects in materials or workmanship

If a covered defect is confirmed, AVATA may, at its discretion:

  • repair the product

  • replace the affected component

  • replace the product

  • provide full or partial reimbursement

depending on circumstances.

3. What Is Not Covered

This warranty does not cover damage caused by:

  • misuse or negligence

  • improper installation

  • overloading

  • normal wear and tear

  • cosmetic wear or surface damage

  • accidents or impacts

  • environmental exposure beyond intended use

  • unauthorized modifications or repairs

  • use outside intended purposes

  • improper storage or handling

Shipping-related damage should be reported separately according to shipping procedures.

4. Load Limits and Legal Compliance

Users must always comply with:

  • vehicle manufacturer roof load ratings

  • applicable national laws

  • local transport regulations

Failure to comply with these requirements may invalidate warranty coverage for resulting damage.

5. Warranty Claim Process

  • description of issue

  • photographs or videos showing the defect

AVATA will review warranty claims within a reasonable timeframe.

6. Shipping and Handling for Warranty Claims

If a warranty claim is approved, AVATA will provide instructions regarding:

  • repair

  • replacement

  • return procedures

Responsibility for shipping costs relating to warranty claims will be determined case-by-case depending on the nature of the defect and applicable law.

7. Warranty Transferability

This warranty is generally intended for the original purchaser.

However, this limitation does not affect mandatory rights granted under applicable consumer protection laws.

8. Limitation of Liability

Nothing in this Warranty Policy excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.

To the extent permitted by law, AVATA's liability under this warranty is generally limited to repair, replacement, or reimbursement of the affected product.

9. Relationship to Other Policies

This Warranty Policy operates separately from:

  • Refund & Return Policy

  • Terms & Conditions

Statutory consumer rights remain unaffected.
